Terms of Use.

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of tavisscholz.com, which is operated by me, Tavis Scholz, through my practice, Tavis Scholz Advisory. By using the site, you accept them.

What this site is

The site describes my work and gives you ways to reach me. Its content — including case studies, metrics, and downloadable documents — is general information about my experience. It is not advice for your specific situation.

No engagement is formed

Contacting me, booking a call, or downloading a document does not create an advisory, consulting, employment, or any other professional relationship. An engagement exists only when we both sign a separate written agreement.

Booking a call

The booking page is a convenience, offered subject to availability. Use your own name and email, and book only for yourself — the form may not be used to send calendar invites to other people. Either of us may reschedule or cancel a booked call.

Content and ownership

The site's content is © Tavis Scholz Advisory. You may read, download, and share it for personal and internal business reference; you may not republish it commercially without permission. Third-party names, logos, and linked articles belong to their owners, and links to other sites are not endorsements — I'm not responsible for their content.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, automate form submissions, work around the forms' anti-abuse protections, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Results described on the site are historical facts about past work, not a promise of future outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here. Questions: tavis@tavisscholz.com.
