Privacy Policy.

Effective October 14, 2026

This site is operated by me, Tavis Scholz, through my practice, Tavis Scholz Advisory. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and where it goes. The short version: it collects only what you type into the contact and booking forms, it sets no cookies, and it runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

What the site collects

  • Contact form — your name, email, company (optional), the inquiry type you select, and your message.
  • Booking form — your name, email, an optional note about what you want to discuss, and the time you pick.
  • Anti-abuse signals — your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit automated submissions. The site does not write it to a database or a log of its own.

That is the full list. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every host does.

How it's used

To answer your inquiry, to put the call you booked on the calendar and send you the invite, and to keep the forms from being abused. Nothing you submit is sold, added to a marketing list, or shared beyond the service providers below.

Who processes it

  • Resend delivers contact-form messages to my inbox as email.
  • Microsoft 365 holds the calendar — a booking becomes a calendar event and invite, so Microsoft processes the details you entered.
  • Hostinger hosts the site.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, may process technical data to verify a submission is human.

Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

Retention

Messages and calendar entries are kept the way ordinary business correspondence is kept. If you want something deleted, ask and I'll delete it.

Your rights

Email tavis@tavisscholz.com to ask what the site holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, data-protection law may give you formal rights to the same — I honor these requests either way.

Children

The site is addressed to business audiences and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
